This position is responsible for interfacing with our post sales and service customers, developing and maintaining positive customer relations, and coordinating various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. This includes working closely with the Service Manager to schedule boat deliveries and service calls, creating work orders, generating job estimates, and all aspects of customer service. Requirements: The ideal candidate must be outgoing, enthusiastic, accepts challenges, and works well under pressure with the ability to develop strong customer relations. Excellent organizational skills and has the ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment. An Associates degree or 2-3 years customer service experience required. Marine industry and/or boating experience required. Salaries are competitive and based on experience. Excellent benefits package including 401K and healthcare.
